Boracay Regency celebrates its 10th Year Anniversary. It also inagurated its new Kai Regency Spa, with 22 unique treatment rooms (opening summer 2008), and the new Sea Breeze Cafe, having the biggest and most extensive buffet in Boracay, and Zhu Asian Cuisine Restaurant. And if that wasn't enough, the ground-breaking of the new 90-room Regency Lagoon, with what be Boracay's largest swimming pool, also took place during the celebration. After 10 years since 1998, Boracay Regency Beach Resort and Convention Center is still the standard of luxury in the island.

Boracay Regency opens its new Sea Breeze Cafe located at its Main Wing (at the previous Prince Hendrik Cafe and Alfons' Bar).  Breakfast buffet will be served there daily.

Boracay Regency opens 39 newly-renovated rooms at its Main Wing. Construction works at its main restaurant (previously Prince hendrik Café and Alfons’ Bar) is still ongoing and estimated to be completed by mid-December 2007.

Boracay Regency starts construction works on its Main Wing. 40 rooms will be renovated along with the Prince Hendrik Café and Alfons’ Bar. The breakfast buffet has been moved to the Regency Food Plaza while the dinner buffet is relocated at Café Christina temporarily until construction is completed.

Construction works continue at the planned spa and wellness center at the top level of the Garden Wing.
