On December 1, 2009, Boracay Garden Resort, a subsidiary of the Boracay Regency Group, announced its acquisition of Hotel Seraph with two-hundred one (201) well maintained rooms in a two-hectare property situated at the prime area of Station 2 in the middle of Boracay Island, right beside Boracay Regency.

As a result of the acquisition, the resort was renamed Boracay Garden Resort (website: www.boracaygarden.com.ph)and enhances Boracay Regency Group’s ability to respond to all kinds of tourists with different budgets and tastes putting the group in an unparalleled position in the island: offering the most number of rooms, amenities and facilities while maintaining its high standard of customer service and value for money.

Boracay Garden Resort’s modern and Mediterranean-styled accommodations are surrounded by three (3) massive, crystal-clear swimming pools, landscaped gardens and al-fresco restaurants and bars. All rooms have swimming pool view, bath tub with separate shower room, in-room safe, cable television, Wi-Fi connectivity, personal refrigerator, hair dryer, coffee and tea making facility.
